Once a puppy has been delivered and accepted by the buyer, all sales are final.

• Lack of time or preparation for the puppy

We strongly encourage all buyers to understand the responsibilities of owning an American Bully before purchasing.

🩺 Health Guarantee

• Minor travel-related issues (temporary diarrhea, tiredness, etc.)
• Delays caused by weather or transport partners

Once the puppy is safely delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

💉 Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain eligibility for any health-related claims, the buyer must:

• Provide proper food, shelter, and care
• Schedule a vet check within 48–72 hours after arrival
• Keep vaccination and health records updated
• Avoid exposing the puppy to unsafe environments
